Nature of Our Services

Cygnoverse provides digital services, not physical products.
Most of our work involves:

  • Custom designs
  • Digital strategy
  • Branding assets
  • Website development
  • Shopify builds
  • Video editing & motion graphics
  • Content creation

Because these services require significant time, planning, and labour, they are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered under specific circumstances:

You MAY be eligible for a refund if:
  • You request cancellation before any work has started
  • No files, drafts, or design concepts have been delivered
  • Our team has not initiated the service purchased
Refunds are NOT available when:
  •  A project has already begun
  •  Any work, drafts, concepts, or assets have been delivered
  •  You approve initial concepts and later change your mind
  •  Delays occur due to your unresponsiveness or incomplete requirements
  •  You fail to provide the required content, images, copy, or login details
  •  Third-party technical issues occur (hosting, domains, platforms, etc.)

Digital services fall under “non-refundable digital goods and bespoke services” as outlined in UK consumer regulations.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once started:

  • Logo design/branding kits
  • Social media content creation
  • Video editing & motion graphics
  • Website development (WordPress, custom build)
  • Shopify store development
  • Marketing strategy or consultancy
  • Ad campaign setup or optimization

Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction through structured revisions.

Included Revisions:

Most Cygnoverse packages include 1–3 rounds of revisions, depending on the service.

Revisions do NOT include:
  • Full redesign after approval
  • Changes outside the original scope
  • New brand direction / major redesign
  • Additional features not included in the initial package

If you require extra revisions, we will provide a customised quote.

Project Cancellation

You may request cancellation before work begins. If cancellation is accepted:

  • A partial refund may apply (processing fees may be deducted)
  • No refund is possible after pthe roject kickoff and team allocation

Cygnoverse reserves the right to cancel a project if:

  • The client is unresponsive for 10+ days
  • Requested work violates legal or ethical guidelines
  • Payment is incomplete or disputed

In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed.

Delivery Timeline & Delays

Cygnoverse will always provide an estimated delivery timeframe. However, timelines may be delayed due to:

  • Late submission of required assets
  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Client-requested changes or additional features
  • Platform issues (Instagram API, Shopify bugs, hosting downtime, etc.)

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

Package Deals & Discounted Offers

For special deals (e.g., Christmas offers, 50% off for the first 10 customers):

  • Payments for discounted packages are non-refundable
  • These offers often include bundled work, making refunds impossible once work begins

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a client initiates a chargeback after receiving work:

  • All delivered materials become void
  • Legal action may be taken to recover project costs and damages
  • Accounts may be suspended from future services

We encourage clients to communicate directly with us before opening disputes.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
